Windows 10 hard drive error?

Today I dug out my old laptop on the Windows no longer works. I had already downloaded the media creation tool from the official Microsoft website. But when I plug this USB stick into the laptop and go to the Windows boot menu, it is not displayed to me. If I use one of the other options, it doesn't work and the error message appears again.
