Windows 10 system recovery depends on what to do?

I recently bought a new laptop and a new headset, but since the microphone was too quiet, I fiddled with the sound settings and got it louder.

Due to one of my changes, my headset started to hiss constantly in the background. When I failed to do this after several attempts (other headsets were also rustling), I decided to reset the system to an earlier point in time.

I chose a time and agreed to everything, the laptop restarted and displayed various messages. After a short time, however, he was stuck with a fixed "wait while the windows files and settings are being restored, the registration will be restored…" The laptop has been hanging for almost 40 minutes, turns black when I don't move the mouse large, the points in the middle continue to move. What should I do? Should I crash it or wait longer? I know I should have better informed myself beforehand but please help me.
