I have a problem and although, certain programs can't open on my laptop z.b the Windows Store or the photo gallery or photos in general. When I click on it comes short but it has disappeared immediately. What can I do there.

Could be good that you caught four of you. In Windows, this is always quite fix. Go through some good programs and see if any suspicious software is found.
Install Malwarebytes AdwCleaner https://de.malwarebytes.com/...dwcleaner/ and scan your system.
After that I recommend to create a Kaspersky Rescue USB Bootstick. It works like this:
Install this tool: https://www.balena.io/...io/etcher/ This is called balenaEtcher, so you can create bootable sticks.
Download Kaspersky Rescue Disk ISO: https://support.kaspersky.com/de/viruses/krd2018
Insert a blank formatted USB stick.
start balenaEtcher. Then open the Kaspersky Rescue Disk ISO, select the stick and click on Flash.
When the stick is finished, just boot this stick and scan the system.
When that's done, restart. Windows then starts normally again. Then run the command prompt as administrator and enter the following command:
sfc / scannow
Then Windows checks for damaged files and fixes them if necessary.
