How can I create new folders for set images?

I have now loaded a lot of new images from my smartphone onto the laptop in the image file.

Program Windows 7

And since it's been years since I've saved pictures, I can't remember how to create a new folder where you can move the pictures.

Would be nice if someone helps me.

Can also be with picture.

You make a right-click on the desktop with the mouse and then go to new folder and then you can name it
