I have both a PC and a laptop in my WLAN.
I work with both.
For about an hour, the WLAN is gone on the laptop, the PC (of which I'm currently writing) but is still very well on the Internet. Accordingly, it can't be the provider or router (or?).
There are no errors on my laptop. Only "Not connected - connections are available". At the top in these compounds at full rash: my Wi-Fi. I tell him he should connect: "No connection with this network possible". He also turns the airplane mode off every time he tries to dial in (which, of course, was already off).
Can someone help me. And please explain for completely stupid, I have absolutely no idea from Pcs.
I turn off everything with such problems and start again. Often it helps.
Laptop ever restarted?
Start the router again (power off, power to it).
Also start the laptop again.
If that does not help, go through this guide at Microsoft:
