I have a laptop, so only a round plug inlet.
So I can only connect either a microphone or headphones that the headset needs 2 connections. But that's not bad. I just need the mic.
Anyway, when I put the headphone plug in they are recognized. When I insert the micro plug, my laptop simply continues to use the computer micro and my devices and sound do not show up at all. What to do?
Check out the audio settings and active microphones or audio devices. You can then right-click to display devices that are deactivated and you can then reactivate them.
I only see the computer microphone there.

With the deactivated there's nothing and when I put other microphones in there they go
Then it will most likely be your headset
May be. With another logitech, the micro doesn't work either
