Which program is suitable for taking notes on a pdf file?

I wanted to ask what program one can use on a ThinkPad for notes on a pdf file. In the lectures, I would like to edit the slides that are provided to us as pdf files (ie mark and take notes). I would like to do this with a tablet, but I do not have more than 150 euro for a tablet, so that's what I do with my ThinkPad. As I said, but I do not know any good programs for it. With OneNote you can write only next to the slide and not dadrauf.

Take the Acrobat Reader and put comments on the passages… Everything you need

Actually, most PDF viewers can do that now.

I do not use the big Adobe Reader. This is too slow and consumes a lot of memory.

My suggestions:

FoxIt-Reader: https://www.foxitsoftware.com/...df-reader/

FlexiPDF (Basic): https://www.freeoffice.com/de/flexipdf-basic

When installing FoxIt-Reader, you have to pay attention to the checkmarks. Otherwise the demo of the commercial full version (PhantomPDF) will be installed.

And the full version of FlexiPDF is a powerful piece of software for creating PDF documents.

And the Pro version even has a very usable OCR on board. This allows you to scan scanned documents and make them editable documents that can then be searched.
