Black screen after boot up laptop?

We have the following problem - whenever we turn on our laptop everything is just as always until the desktop screen should appear - it does not just appear a black screen with the mouse arrow! If we close the laptop to the tv exactly the same. How can we fix the problem?

This probably means that your explorer.exe does not start.

Solution:

Press Ctrl + Alt + Del at the same time, then click Task Manager. This should then appear on the black screen. Then at the top left on "File" → "Run new task".

Enter "explorer.exe" (without the quotation marks) and press OK.

Then your desktop should load.
