Set up Canon pixma IP4850?

I have this printer.

It was set up on another PC.

But it's broken now.

Now I wanted to set it up on my new laptop but the driver can't find the printer.

What now?

Nobody knows your operating system or whether it is supported at all, the USB cable is normally only plugged in after driver / software installation, etc.
