I have started my studies now and need a laptop or a tablet.
Preferably with touch because it is simply more practical… Laptops with touch usually in the 600-800 euro range, so a tablet I think better… But this should be connectable with a keyboard.

I think that you do not find anything "good" at the price. But I can recommend you the brand Lenovo. I also have one for the university and am very satisfied. Lenovo is also not too expensive, it would be even more expensive with touch…
In the price range you have to be prepared to cut corners.

The touch functionality is good to very good, even with a pen.
The flaw is that the device is not the fastest, but at least basic functionality for office applications is given.
