Save pictures from the stick on the laptop?

I'm a beginner, (senior citizen) and would like to save pictures from the stick to the PC,

please explain, thank you.

Take the pictures on the USB stick with the mouse or the touchpad, like a bag of tea from the cardboard packaging, and drag them to the hard drive where you would like to have them, just like you put the tea bag in the cup. Finished.

Create folders, mark pictures and move them into the folder. It doesn't matter where you create the folder, you can then move (copy) it to the pictures on your computer.
