Minimal stutters in ALL games?

I have at least 60FPS in all games but small still images every few seconds. Even in Minecraft.

My PC (laptop):

Medion Erazer P7651:

i5 8250

gtx 1050 4gb

i play multi and singing player

Could be due to the memory that sometimes it stalls.

Ne the load etc. Is everything in the green Berwich just when I start a game, cpu and gpu go to 85 degrees

85 degrees is definitely too high in the long run, the temperature should only be between 70 and 75 degrees.
