Which damage class do I have?

I had no vehicle for 4 years and bought a car again.

The insurance now asks about the damage class but I can't remember at what insurance my last vehicles were registered?

I had a car 4 years ago and still have a scan of the vehicle letter on my notebook. In addition, I still had a motorcycle but now I only have photos on which you can see the license plate.

Can I find out with this information where and how the vehicles were insured and what damage class I had?

And what do your bank statements (January / or monthly?) Tell, from which one can see where the premium payment went?

I have moved abroad several times in the 4 years… So I can't understand what account I had in DE then.

Ca

Certainly all burned or illegible after the last water damage!

De

With legitimate interest, you can find out from GDV about the insurer's mark.

That you should not know after 4 years, where your car insurance was, does not sound very trustworthy.

En

Exactly.

I did not have a vehicle for four years and now I bought a car again…

However, if you have a driver's license for 4 years, you have at least the right to a driver's license (at least 3 years driving license required) and classification with SF 1/2 and a contribution rate between 60% and max. 85% in the motor vehicle liability insurance - depending on the company and their discount scale!

Should you still find i-which car insurance documents - most insurers take the discounts at least 7 to 10 years, a few even longer:
