Why does Genshin impact always get stuck?

I started playing Genshin impact two weeks ago and have been playing on a new laptop that is better than the old one for a few days. But since I started playing on the new laptop, the picture got stuck and the game continued in the background. After a minute or so, the game will close by itself. I don't know much about computers and it doesn't happen with other programs / games either.

Can someone help me please?

Since you don't say anything about your laptop, except that it is "new", I would assume: Hardware is too bad or your laptop has (besides the iGPU) a dedicated GPU and doesn't use it for the game…

An i7 is recommended. Your laptop probably can't match the performance of an i7
