How can I convince my father that I will get a new PC (I pay for it myself)?

I currently have a Toshiba Z50 laptop and it is too bad for me.

Actually, I wanted to buy one myself, but no, my dad thinks I can give one so far.

BUT the laptop runs okay but only make a hell of a noise when opening Email and Google and that is extremely annoying.

If you have the money, buy a new one and tell your father. I just don't understand the problem.
