I'm looking for an M.2 SSD card for my laptop. Since I've been dealing with the topic for a while, I've found out that there are different connections. The following text is in the manual for the laptop:
"The M.2 2280 slot supports PCIe (NVMe) SSD and SATA SSD."
For my laptop I would like to use the Samsung 970 Evo Plus.
would that mean that the Samsung M.2 SSD fits and is compatible?

If you install Windows 10 on the SSD, you can also boot from the SSD.
I currently have an HDD in my laptop and would like to clone the files from the HDD to the M.2 and then boot from the M.2 Windows on it
