Bought a new laptop, now he doesn't recognize my cell phone?

I'm pretty baffled right now, I had to buy a new laptop, Win 10, AMD ryzen 5, and it no longer recognizes my cell phone. The funny thing is, when you go to Devices and Printers, my phone is listed as connected, but nothing appears in the main folder next to C, D, and the RoM drive. He doesn't recognize the cell phone under gravel either. And if you establish a Bluetooth connection, the device is set up successfully, but I still can't access it because it does not appear anywhere. Does anyone know further? Thank you for serious answers, I'm not a computer genius.

Did you also allow data access on your cell phone instead of just charging?

Cr

Didn't change my phone settings. The old laptop was no problem…

My

With a Huawei, it's easy Huawei Share.

Cr

Yes, but I don't have a Huawei but a Samsung Galaxy

My

Connect that via USB.

Cr

Do I have

My

Look for updates on the PC.

Re

Do you have the latest cell phone drivers?

Ma

If you connect your cell phone, your cell phone should ask if you want to charge, access your cell phone, etc.

With Android you could click on the connection in the notification bar and select it there.

Cr

Nothing available, the hardware for the cell phone has already been updated

Cr

My cell phone doesn't ask me anything and I don't have a connection in the notification bar, unfortunately

My

Choose another cable USB input.
