Is your laptop electrocuted?

For about 1 month I have been getting small electric shocks when I touch my laptop. And only today you could see a kind of little lightning bolt. What could be the reason and how can I prevent it in the future?

You can prevent this by either taking the laptop for professional repair or by scrapping it.

This can be life-threatening if the power supply has a problem.

If this only happens with mains operation: Then the power supply unit is defective
Static charge (plastic carpeting, synthetic fiber clothing): Use the phase tester and first touch the device or earthed installations (heating, etc.) with it
None of the above problems recognizable: Notebook has hardware defect

Unfortunately, the laptop is new and has only been in operation for 3 months…

It actually also happens when I'm not charging the laptop. I don't have a carpet either. I've only had the laptop for 3 months.
