Which notebook processor is right for me?

Hello I'm just looking for a new laptop, now the question is what processor. I need the laptop for office, email and CAD. The first two things should all pack. But since I'm on bigger CAD projects from time to time, the question is whether an i5 (8th generation, 4 core) is sufficient or it should rather be an i7.

PS: The laptop should run with Windows

I5 8th generation 4 core is enough. And you save on top of that!

I7 is built into gaming machine and you do not need it to gamble
