Have a FullHD screen as I used to have connected to my laptop and DvDs looked at everything was great. Now I've got a DVD player for the PC (external Lauferk) and watch over the program Any media player (habs already tried with others) and the video is always shown in poor quality.

What does "bad quality" mean? Are there any glitches in the picture? Is the resolution lower?

Well, maybe the video has just been recorded in poor quality.
Have you ever tried the VLC media player? What shows the under "Tools" → "Codec information" as key data to the video stream?
