How to record with two microphones?

How can I connect two USB microphones (Tonor Q9) to one device (ideally an iPad [USB-C] but also a laptop) in such a way that they can both record and record, for example, podcasts or interviews with guests. Are there adapters, programs or other equipment?

! Important: They are USB microphones. Jack adapters do not help me.

Just try connecting both and then just starting two different instances of Audacity or somehow managing to select one microphone per "line".

You just have to plug in both microphones and then record in stereo in e.g. Audacity and select one on the left and the other on the right.
