I have only been using my laptop for 3 years and have not been able to log in for 2 days, or it's not getting really high.
I have tried to turn it off and on a few times already. Meanwhile, the screen has been the same for 14h. See image:
Does anyone know what I can do there?
Do a cold start, if that does not help, maybe the disk is broken or any program / driver is causing problems. Try Safe Mode, if you can get in on it.
If it does not bother you, I would reinstall the PC in your place.
I've tried, now the screen is black and I can see the mouse and move it.
Give it a little more time. Are you in safe mode now?
If so, then I'll tap on problems with the HDD. In the worst case, that it does not start properly I would buy me a SSD + adapter for the old HDD and then replace, reinstall Windows. About the adapter can connect the old plate to the laptop and probably still the most secure.
If you have important data on it that you have not backed up anywhere else, I would do it now before the disk takes any more damage. Difficult to tell from a distance, experience has shown that this is often / almost always a problem with the hard disk.
So the "Power" button pressed until the computer goes out? Then turn it on again? Does not bring anything?
Then start in safe mode: before the Windows Start Ring comes> Ctrl + F8
Or here more options:

No brings nothing.
When I start safe mode, the screen goes black and nothing happens.
Then I would reinstall, the eternal search usually brings nothing and then you have a fresh Windows again. It is always advisable to occasionally make a complete backup of your system, then you can restore this "working" state in case of possible malfunction.
Before the personal data secure (photos, documents, etc.) The easiest way to start a Windows PE or Linux from the stick and copy there with the graphical interface.

Windows 10 is available at Microsoft as a "Media Creation Tool", so you can create a bootable USB stick or a DVD. The entry of the product key can be skipped during installation, Windows activates after installation, at the latest after the first connection to the Internet.
