Mouse does not detect jitter clicks, what to do?

If I click normally I can get around 7 clicks per second.

If I get jitter-clicks but I never get over 6 clicks per second. It just does not count the clicks. If I click on my laptop touch pad (which has left and right click) jitter, then I get to 14 CPS.

Means the mouse just does not count many clicks.

What to do? Jitter-I'm clicking wrong? Is the mouse bad? Are there any attitudes for it?
