Mouse no longer clicks?

The mouse cursor on my laptop can still be moved and shows a mouseover (but also does not react to the taskbar that I have normally hidden) but does not react to clicks (or already, because when I click on an element, for example In the settings, the window turns gray and goes into the background, but does not react to what I clicked).

It's the same with the mouse and touchpad. What should I do?

Nvm, everything works again. And that would not have been possible, I live in Austria and here all shops are closed except grocery stores and pharmacies.
