Laptop for office?

I need a laptop as cheap as possible, with which I can do office work smoothly. Would a Trekstor surfbook a13b be the right choice or are there better ones on the market? I mostly work with a mouse, but the keyboard has to be comfortable to type. I don't have too high demands.
