Notebook picture on flatscreen transmitted via W-Lan?

I have a LG flatscreen with smart features. Can someone tell me how or with what software I manage to transfer my notebook monitor to the flat screen? There seems to be a LG Smartshare software that is constantly crashing…

Since Windows 8.1 Mirrorscreening is supported on Wlan capable devices. Unfortunately, not all devices are really compatible.

The m. E. Simplest solution works through Google Chromecast or Amazon FireTV. For Apple there's the Airplay, Samsung has the Screen Mirroring and Intel uses WiDi.

The standardized DLNA on TVs also works only to a limited extent.

Like I said, I've had the best experience with the Chromecast and have never had any problems with it.

Thank you for your prompt reply. As far as I understand I can only stream the Chrome Browser with it or simply streams the whole monitor?

Ma

Normally only via the Chrome browser, but now there are so many apps for PC and Smartphone / Tablet, as can already be done a lot.
