Can't delete app?

I can't delete an app on the laptop. It's such a video downloader and when I try to delete it, I get a message that the entry point was not found. And I can't delete them via the control panel either, not even the uninstall window appears. I've already tried it in safe mode. Unfortunately, it didn't work out either. Can anyone help me please? Windows 10.

Well unfortunately my father installed it years ago, he didn't do a system restore before the download.
