I would like to get a new notebook soon. The money should not play such an important role.
I'm looking for a PC that has a very good battery life, good by processor. Which is a good companion in subject photography and which is not so slow after 2 months.
In addition, one should be able to do many paperwork.
Which notebook is suitable for this purpose?
Interesting question.
Unfortunately, I do not know enough about the answer. I hope you understand that.
Appel I had never in the hand. I know only from my circle of acquaintances that Appel performs better in some areas. Since you want to use that for photo applications and such, I would probably put the emphasis there.
As a further procedure "Stiftung Warentest". Whether the computers have tested a few months ago, I do not know. But it's worth a try.
Have fun with the selection and then in the implementation. If it was not the right thing to do, Ebay and Co or among friends will certainly be a taker if the device has been used for a short or under 2 years.
Should it still land under the tree? But then fast, fast…
Clearly no Apple product. The power you get for less money from all the other manufacturers can be used well. All of my classmates had to wait half an minute for Photoshop filters while my MSI laptop did the same work in a moment. You can then put a portion of the saved in a Spyder or Xrite to calibrate the display over its lifetime.
Dell XPS or the Lenovo Thinkpad models are good portals.
Apple also looks good as a Windows PC. Otherwise, a good computer costs money, even without a bitten apple.
It's like Mercedes, where cars are luxury, but the trucks are not.
I have been dealing with computers for over thirty years, mostly with windows.
Since switching to Apple six years ago for my own use, while the rest of my family uses Windows, I can fully recommend Apple as a working device.
Again and again, the Windows computers have systemic quirks that require hours of work, even if it is only a complete denamination.
My Mac (Book Pro) has been running stably for over five years with no unwanted time and cost, except once after about a year of battery replacement. Relatively light and fast, the battery lasts about eight hours of normal use.
The initially high-priced purchase costs are related to stability and durability, which I previously only know from a much more expensive laptop from DELL, which is now about 25 years old and still runs occasionally.
