Yesterday my father and I had an argument and this morning I go to the PC (the PC was a gift from my father to me and my siblings for games) and want to play a game and it is locked. All other games are also blocked. Then I go to my laptop on which I only have one game, since I only use it for work / school. Do you think it's okay that my father, even though I'm of legal age, locks everything on my laptop and my siblings' PC?

I don't think that's OK at all, especially when you're of legal age. Why does your father have access to the pc? Maybe you will find a way to uninstall the software.
