Bad PC what can

I only have a laptop and when it comes to games like Apex Legends and the forest, does anyone have any idea how to get it smoother without losing the nice graphics?

Possibly install Linux, but first have to see whether apex is even available on Linux.

Buy better hardware.

If you don't have better hardware, you have little opportunity to change anything except buy a PC or a new notebook.
