The Primebook worked for 1.5 years with almost no problems. The only problem was that it only worked when it was plugged into the power adapter.
But today I wanted to turn it on and it doesn't work. When I remove the power supply and plug it in again, the lamp lights up briefly and then goes out again; nothing happens on the screen.
The first time I tried to switch it on, I even got to the desktop, but after that it didn't work and the notebook was off again.
Now the question is, what are the problems? There must be something wrong with the battery, doesn't it?
It is quite possible that there's a defect in the battery or mainboard.
Since the device is 1.5 years old, I would ask the dealer first, as the defect has been around since the beginning. If this is accommodating, a repair would be possible, but it may well be that he does not take care of it after 6 months due to the reversal of the burden of proof. Then only a possible guarantee from the manufacturer remains.
I can't think of anything else to fix the defect myself…
