Internet problems after separate VPN connection?

Yesterday I set up a VPN connection using CISCO Any Connect to get into my university network. Everything worked and after I broke the connection, I was able to surf with my browser again normally on our home network.

The only problem is that ALL Windows apps (Windows10) specify that there would be no internet connection, even though I'm writing this post with the laptop on which this problem is.

Classic approaches, such as uninstalling everything, restarting the PC, of course, have already been tried. It seems to me like the Windows apps have the transition to the home network 'overslept'.
