Updates could not be set up?

My laptop has been doing the same thing for an hour and nothing is happening.

Unfortunately I don't know what I could do about it? Anyone have any idea?

I would download the update again and delete the update folder beforehand

not necessarily, but if it doesn't work, the attempt can never hurt
