In times of this virus I would like to skype my friends… However, skype writes "no camera detected" (I have one at the top of the screen) medion laptop

I then looked for internet.okay in the device manager to update the driver ev but it is not shown to me there either… Does anyone have a solution?

If the device is not detected in the device manager, there's no hardware switch to switch the camera on / off (extremely rare feature) and you can't find anything in the UEFI BIOS that has deactivated this internal periphery, it is most likely broken. As a result, these devices are sometimes no longer recognized by Windows.
