Laptop does not want to shut down?

Hi, so my laptop does not want to shut down anytime I press shutdown or restart, it just tells me "If you shut down the PC now, unsaved data may be lost by other people using the PC" what does that mean?

That comes if you want to shut it down in the lock screen and possibly someone else is logged in. But you can go to "Shut down anyway" and shut it down normally. Of course nothing is lost.

This means that another user is logged on in the background. As an administrator, you can still shut down the computer, but not as a normal user.

Click on "unsubscribe" instead of on "shutdown" and look in the login screen who is still logged in. (If necessary, type Ctrl + Alt + Del)
