I have a pinched nerve in my elbow that I'm trying to heal. All areas are now painless, but after 3-4 hours of work (all laptops) my forearm almost falls off. What are the legal options theoretically? I haven't been on sick leave in the last 4 years and I don't see it as necessary now, but after 3-4 hours the load is currently too great.
Then talk to your employer that you get a real PC workstation with decent monitors, mouse and keyboard.
Google times "Cubital Tunnel Syndrome". Can (only) be remedied by surgery.

Then why don't you use that? A good ergonomic mouse and a reasonable keyboard alone can prevent a lot of damage.

The damage comes from somewhere else and I have a syndrome that doesn't go away overnight
Okay, I forgot: Then avoid resting your elbow on or near the "musician's bone", even when driving. This is where the nerve runs in the cubital tunnel.
