Laptop completely frozen?

I was just drawing something on my laptop and suddenly the screen is frozen and nothing works, there's no point turning off the screen or pressing the on button and I've tried all possible keyboard shortcuts on the internet but nothing helps.

Press the power button until the device switches off.

I've tried it for 3 minutes.

If you do not get any further by holding the start button, remove the battery after 10 minutes or release the power cable if you have.

Unplug the power cord and wait until the device switches off.
Then to the PC technician with it. It is definitely defective.
