Laptop is like frozen?

In the past few weeks it has happened to me a few times that my laptop (HP Pavilion Gaming 15-cx0047nf) has simply stopped responding. I was e.g. Only in Word (also in AutoCAD and SketchUp) and suddenly nothing worked. The display was frozen. The mouse and buttons also stopped working. I also waited about 15 minutes but nothing happened. When I restarted the laptop using the power button, everything worked again.

Update the graphics card driver.
