That does not sound like software for a restaurant, but software for a delivery service.
That should be done with a normal address book application, at least save and retrieve the data.
Depending on the address book application, you still have to manually select the data record.
Otherwise one can also use a database software to store and retrieve customer data.
Note, however, that you need to make your privacy policy available to your customers, and that if you store customer data without legal basis for longer periods of time, you also require the consent of your customers according to DSGVO (General Data Protection Regulation).
Of course that works. However, you will lose a lot of customers with it. You'll need to inform them each time they call, that their data will be stored and get their consent. That's a lot of administrative work and it definitely gets on your nerves. If you do not stick to it, you'll very quickly have a suit on your neck that will cost you a lot of money.
