I always had my laptop connected to the printer. For a few days the error message that the printer is switched off has been coming up. That's why I removed the printer today and looked for a new one. Now the laptop always connects to the Canon MX490 series Printer WS. However, it should connect to the Canon MX490 series printer (without WS). The printer is also connected to our stand PC with cables, so printing works.
I've tried so much and don't know what to do next!
I'm happy about every answer, idea and food for thought.
The WS probably stands for WLAN. Ie the settings of the router and printer must be checked. Try to activate WLAN on the printer.
Thanks for the tip
