Is it safe to erase a notebook like this?

If you have a notebook with an SSD hard drive, it is a good thing if you had encrypted your hard drive with BitLocker from Windows from the start and now sell your notebook and before that you have to reset a deletion via Windows and select the option to delete all data and clean up data carriers. Can a third party restore the data with effort or is this almost impossible?

Lets say it like this. There's always some way to recover data. No matter how often you format your SSD. However, it is completely sufficient if you delete the data via Windows.
