Give webinars - which program can you recommend?

I give workshops on a specific CAD program. So far, the participants have come together in a seminar room and I have shown you step by step on your own laptop how you can use this program to create and design 3D objects.

Now I want to offer it online and am looking for a good, cheapest or even free webinar / online workshop / video conference program.
