You configure it on your notebook that the microphone is played over the speakers. (Beware of feedback if you don't have a cable plugged into the audio output yet.)
You take a jack cable (on the notebook with Y-adapter, if it only has one socket) and connect it to the audio output of the notebook and to the line-in of the PC.
Finished.
Sound will be miserable.
And this can also lead to feedback when you use speakers on the PC.
