from which I should get myself a new PC. Best in the frame of 600 euro and prefers a laptop. Can anyone recommend something to me, and matching games that run smoothly.

A laptop in the context of 600 euro to play in my opinion makes little sense. Laptops to play are generally a single compromise, and in this price range it gets even better.

I would either save a little longer and / or grow me a decent desktop, preferably in self-made, if you want I'll tell you something together.

A desktop would have the advantage that you can upgrade later if you do not have much money available to play better with it.

Laptop (here I would rather take a so-called "convertible" (laptop and tablet in one device), has the advantage that you can take it easy, but you can also upgrade it with a large monitor and extra keyboard to PC space.

This is a cloud gaming service that gives you your own Windows machine on high-end PCs. The cost of a 1 year subscription, I believe 30 euro a month, where you can save 10 euro in the replacement month with the code "AlexiBexi". That would be around 350 euro a year, well below your budget. Use it yourself for 4 weeks and can only report positive. Theoretically, you can use this cloud to work, but then you are really bound to the Internet. I would rather do that without.
