Blue screen on laptop?

My laptop started normally today, but I didn't have a lot of battery left (I thought there was still enough) and that's why it went off. Then I connected it to the charging cable and now this blue screen is displayed to me (see picture) I searched on YouTube and everyone removed the keyboard, but that doesn't work for me (and even if I did, I don't know how me) that should do) what should I do now?

The keyboard can't be removed on every notebook and it doesn't look like it on yours either

The entire case has to be opened to get to the battery…
