Change the Wi-Fi at Ps4?

I'm in a boarding school and I have my laptop, my Ps4, my controller.

Now I want to connect to Remote play but my ps4 is not connected to the same Wi-Fi.

How can I change the Wi-Fi?

Settings → Network → and select the right Wi-Fi

The problem is I can't adjust it because I can't connect to remote play.
