Do I need a TV or something to play with a normal Nintendo (so just with you console) or can I just use the Windows laptop?
You will either need a TV or a monitor. It will probably not work with a laptop, since most laptops only have an HDMI output but no input.
For the Wii, for example, you need an "AV to HDMI" adapter. Modern televisions no longer have an AV or Scart connection. And monitors never owned one.
It would be good to know which console it is about. "Nintendo" is just the name of a company and could refer to many different systems.
But basically: you need a screen. This can be a television or a monitor. A laptop might work, but they usually don't have an HDMI input, so it probably won't work.
