Headset microphone is not recognized (Win10)?

I own a Lioncast LX50 where you can put the microphone in the headset.

I have not noticed it yet, but the microphone is not recognized by my laptop! But it has been recognized one or the other times, because then of course the sound sounds different.

Does anyone know how to make my laptop recognize the microphone?
