Microphone overdrives for no reason what to do?

I have just connected my microphone to the PC and when I want to record something it just overrides it violently.

I didn't change anything, I just closed it on another laptop, and only when I closed it on my own PC did it overdrive and rustle violently.

can someone help?

So I know that you can adjust the level of the Micro on the PC (win10)

Right mouse button above the speaker on the taskbar

Select "Open sound settings"

Select input device: your microphone

Then you press device properties

A window appears where you can adjust your level with the slider
