HDMI splitter, docking station etc?

I have a laptop with HDMI connection and need a device to be able to use this device to expand the image of the laptop to 2 or 3 additional screens. HDMI splitter from Saturn / Mediamarkt, Digitus, Icybox, etc… Bought everything. The problem is; same picture on screens or simultaneous use of all 3 not possible.

"Simultaneous use"… How far away?
A splitter outputs the signal to all outputs at the same time, that's the point of such a device.
